HOW CAN WE HELP YOU ?

You need to use your smartphone to scan the QR code on the charger to get started.

If you’re using an iPhone, simply point your camera app at the QR code, and tap the notification prompt to launch the Noodoe EV mobile portal.

If you’re using an Android phone, you need to use a QR code scanner app to scan the QR code. If you don’t have a QR code scanner app, please download the Noodoe app. After scanning the QR code, please tap the notification prompt to launch the Noodoe EV mobile portal.

Make sure your car is NOT locked. Many cars will lock the connector when the car is locked.

Please unlock your car first to see if it resolves the problem.

This depends on several factors, including the type of charger you are using, the rate of charge that your vehicle can accept, and the current state of your vehicle battery.

Below is factors on charging speeds.

  • Different EVs charge at different speeds.
  • Different chargers, AC and DC have different speeds.
  • Different battery size takes in at different speeds.
  • Batteries are most efficient when the temperature is neither too hot nor too cold.

Noodoe EV standard charging speeds

Once you have entered your mobile number at the start of the charging session, you will receive notifications on your phone informing you of the charging status. You can also download the Noodoe app to track the status of your charging sessions.

The charger screen shows “Not in Service” (or the Noodoe startup splash screen, or anything that is NOT a QR code)

  • If there’s no screen on the charger:
    There’s a problem with the power supply to the charging station.
  • If the charger screen shows “Not in Service”:
    There’s a network connection issue to the charging station.
  • If the charger shows an error code:
    Something’s wrong with the charging station.
  • If the charger shows anything else other than a QR code:
    Something’s wrong with the charging station.

The charging system is being updated and is not activated.
